As one of our first team members, you will work directly with the founding team and experience true startup spirit. In this role you will be our first touch point to potential customers. Your goal will be to generate a regular pipeline of new, high-potential prospects to drive our growth.
You will identify potential customers, qualify them based on defined criteria and engage with decision makers to generate first interest in our solution through a variety of outbound and inbound measures. You will then work closely with the founding team to discuss and negotiate with potential customers to win them for our solution and build a strong relationship.
You will use different techniques and tools to successfully meet and exceed your goals. You will work highly KPI-driven to continuosly test and improve different strategies and processes. We will support your growth with regular feedback and training and enable you to take on more responsibilities within short time.
